An alternative to traditional dental insurance and a solution for people with no insurance.  Jacksonville Gentle Dentistry wants to make it as easy as possible to help you keep your oral health at its best. This is why we have developed this plan. It is meant for the uninsured individual, someone who does not have access to dental benefits through their employer or employees of a small business that does not offer a traditional dental benefits plan.

This plan will enable you and your family to obtain all needed dental services at our office at a reasonable cost without the headaches of having to deal with insurance company paperwork, deductibles, or service limitations.  On average, dental insurance costs well over $100 per month for most adults. Many insurance plans have gaps in their coverage, limited availability of dentists, and exclusions for pre-existing dental conditions. Our Dental Plan includes guaranteed preventative, restorative and emergency care at Northwood Dental, regardless of pre-existing conditions.

• 2 healthy mouth Prophylaxis cleaning (in absence of gingivitis or gum disease)
• 50% off tooth-color fillings
• 50% off perio-maintenance cleanings

This In-House Dental Plan is NOT dental insurance; it is a membership program for prepaid dental services offered by your dentist for your use at this practice. Some restrictions apply. The Plan and any discounts are off of usual and customary fees and do not cover procedures performed outside of our practice and can not be combined with insurance or other discounts. Your membership may include a combination of the following dental codes: D1110, D1120, D4910, D0150, D0140, D0120, D0274, D0210, D0330, D0220.  See office for details. 

This plan may not be used as a supplemental or secondary insurance plan. To be eligible for participation, you cannot be covered by any other dental insurance plan.
